Q: Do I need to record an unboxing video for returns? A: Yes, for any refund or replacement requests due to manufacturing defects or damage during transit, a clear and continuous unboxing video is mandatory. This helps us understand the issue and ensures a fair assessment.

Q: What if I want to exchange for a different product? A: Our one-time free exchange policy is for the same product in a different color. If you wish to exchange for a completely different product, you will need to follow our standard return process (if eligible) and place a new order for the desired item.
