Refund policy

At HerFlask, we take immense pride in the quality and pristine condition of our products. Each item is carefully inspected before being securely packaged to ensure it reaches you in perfect shape.

To maintain the integrity of our quality assurance and to process any potential refund or replacement requests efficiently we request you to record an unboxing video to help us understand the nature of the defect or damage and to ensure the product was indeed received in a compromised state.

  • The video should start with the sealed package clearly showing the shipping label and tracking number.
  • The recording should continue without any cuts or pauses, showing all sides of the packaging as it is opened and the product being removed.
  • Ensure good lighting and focus throughout the video.
  • Clearly show any defects or damages to the product in the video.

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, kindly send the unboxing video along with the defect or damage. While shipping back, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exchange Policy

At HerFlask, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you need to exchange an item, we offer a one-time free exchange under the following conditions:

Eligibility for One-Time Free Exchange:

You are eligible for a one-time free exchange if:

  1. Exchange Reason: You wish to exchange the product for the same item in a different color, provided it is in stock.
  2. Notification Period: You must request the exchange within 3 days of receiving your order.
  3. Product Condition: The product must be returned in its original, unused, and resalable condition, with all original tags, packaging, and accessories intact.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
